Usually deliver between 7am and 5pm business days delivery require a signature on delivery please make sure someone is available to sign upon delivery.
In case of any problems with your delivery, Modern Line Furniture will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement
All items must be inspected upon receiving them. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, delivery can be refused and must be marked on the carrier’s records. Do not discard packaging material and damaged parts as they may need to be inspected by the transport company.
All damages must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You must include photo evidence of the damages.
Please also note: we reserve the right to not collect damaged goods. We will in accordance with our terms and conditions replace damaged items. The customer agrees to be bound by these delivery conditions upon placement of order by any method.
In the event of reported damages in accordance with our terms and conditions, and provided we accept to collect the damaged goods, we will arrange a carrier collection on a date to suit you; this has to be a business day.
Once the goods are signed from the receiver, you take full responsibility of the goods.
