If you have damaged or missing parts, we hope you will let us make it right with replacement parts, free of charge. ( For damaged / faulty items photos may be requested via email, within 24 hours of receipt of goods)
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the item,we will gladly exchange or offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product has to be:
Returned in original packaging.
Returned in new condition including packaging and accessories.
Refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned order.
If you simply change your mind about the product, we will gladly exchange or offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order where the following conditions apply:
15% restocking fee for non defective product returns.
All return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
Items must be adequately packaged, preferably in original packaging.
Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging may be assessed additional fees.
